Art Frames

I am requesting 15 new frames to replace the existing frames that hang on the library walls to display the children’s art work. The original frames have been there for at least 11 years and are in need of replacement. The new items being requested are innovative frames that can permanently hang on the walls and allow easy transformation between art projects.
