Our district has an incredible lunch program that is executed by a set of parent volunteers each day. At Middlefork this entails plating the food onto trays, serving it to the students as they come through the lunch line, helping with composting, washing trays, and recording their purchases into the computer.

The Middlefork lunch room duty is run by a set of 5 volunteers each day, and the timing of the volunteer shift is from 11:45am – 12:50pm.

Volunteer Responsibilities Include:

2 cashiers ringing up orders
2 servers/dishwashers plating and washing trays
1 to help with recycling/composting efforts-verbally reminding students how to sort their food scraps

If you can commit to volunteering one day every other week during the times listed above, please select all of the days that work for your schedule. The volunteer schedule will be available by August 16. Lunch duty begins on the first day of school.

How to sign up:

1. Select the days of the week that you are available to volunteer.

2. If necessary, select the parent who will be volunteering. Additional questions will appear once a parent is selected.

3. Complete any remaining questions and use the comments section to share requests, preferences or other helpful information.
