Middlefork & Sunset Ridge PTO Fundraising
Every year, your funds go directly towards supporting instruction and enriching classroom experiences. We rely solely on contributions from district parents and community members to support these initiatives. Our primary sources of revenue are the annual Book Fair, the biennial Winter Benefit, and PTO Dues. These 3 fundraising efforts account for almost 90% of our annual budget.
D29 PTO Annual Income Sources
The PTO dues cover the majority of the yearly opportunities provided by the PTO, including Coding, AM Rec, Author Visits, Staff Conference Meals. PTO Dues are $25 per family and can be paid here.
Every other year, the PTO holds a fundraiser to bring parents, teachers, and administrators together for a night of fun! This evening is the cornerstone of our fundraising effort, and provides funding for 2 years of the PTO operational budget.
It has became a tradition for the PTO to sponsor a book fair, an event anticipated by students and parents alike that celebrates literacy and the love of learning. While partnering with a book vendor, not only do we receive 25% of all book sales to be put towards efforts of the PTO, we can connect children with literature and opportunities to grow and flourish.
