Instruments

This request is to replace old equipment within the band and jazz band percussion sections, including a new guitar, drum-set, and concert bass drum.  Each of these pieces of equipment is not only old, but requiring yearly maintenance that exceeds the value of the instrument.  A new instrument would reduce repair costs and increase student learning and engagement by providing a high quality learning tool best-fit for student needs.

These new instruments, when maintained properly, should last several decades.  Replacement of these instruments has not fit within the annual music department budget, which is why we are requesting them through the PTO
